1. Do you help plan the session?

Yes! Every session includes guidance on wardrobe, location, and overall style. For branding sessions, we will meet prior to our first session and I will help align your photoshoot with your business goals and brand aesthetic.

2. What's included in the session fee?

Session fees cover my time, creative direction, and editing. Depending on the Collection that you have chosen, final digital images will be delivered through an online proofing gallery to ensure you receive your favorite images.

3. Can I change outfits during the session?

Absolutely. Outfit changes are encouraged, especially for branding sessions, where variety helps create content you can use across different platforms. The only photoshoot session that does not allow for outfit changes are mini sessions and family photoshoots.

4. How quickly will I receive my photos?

Edited images are typically delivered within two weeks of your session through a private online gallery. For larger branding collections, delivery may take a little longer, but I'll always communicate the expected timeline upfront. If you ever need a rush on specific images, just let me know – I'll do my best to accommodate.

5. CAN WE MEET BEFORE THE SESSION?

It depends on the type of session you book. For my Luxe Branding Collections: Rise and Reign, I do offer an in person consultation or planning meeting so we can map out your vision, review wardrobe options, and make sure everything aligns with your goals. For many sessions like refresh and family photography, I do not meet in person beforehand – those sessions are designed to be simple efficient and focused on capturing you in the moment. In every case, you still receive clear communication and preparation guidance so you feel confident walking into your session.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I encourage you to share any ideas, inspiration, or must-have shots you'd like captured. While I'll guide you with natural posing and candid direction to keep things relaxed and authentic, incorporating your requests ensures the final images truly reflect your vision and needs.

7. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! I work with Caleb Norton of Nortifly, a talented videographer who specializes in cinematic storytelling and drone footage. If your session requires video, I'll coordinate everything on your behalf – you don't have to worry about scheduling or separate contracts. Caleb style blends seamlessly with my photography, so your photo and video content will feel cohesive, professional, and Taylor to your brand. His work adds an elevated touch for clients who want to bring their story to life through both still images and motion.

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

9. Do you require a deposit or contract to book?

Yes. Assigned agreement and nonrefundable retainer are required to secure your session date. The balance is due by the day of your session. This protects both your time and mine, and ensure your spot is officially reserved. Once your spot is reserved you will receive a contract, that must be signed before our first session.

10. What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

For outdoor sessions, I keep a close eye on the forecast. If we run into rain or extreme conditions, I'll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. For branding sessions, indoor studio or office spaces can also be used as a back up.

11. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens! Sessions can be rescheduled with advanced notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee, since I set aside times specifically for you. I'll always try to be flexible whenever possible.

12. Can I use my photos for business, social media, and marketing?

Yes! Brand collections are designed to give you versatile content for your website, social media, and promotional materials. Personal and family sessions are licensed for personal use, including printing and sharing with family and friends.

13. How many images will I get?

The number of images varies by session type in package. Mini sessions include fewer edited images, while luxe branding collections offer a wider range. You'll always have the option to purchase additional favorites from your online gallery.

14. Do you offer prints or albums?

Digital files are the standard deliverable, but you'll always have access to professional quality prints, canvases and albums through your gallery. This ensures your images are preserved beautifully for years to come.

15. Do you travel outside of Franklin | Nashville?

Yes. I primarily serve Williamson County, but I am happy to travel within Middle Tennessee. Travel fees may apply for sessions outside the area, depending on distance and time required.

16. How should I prepare for my session?

I'll provide prep guidance tailored to your session tight. For branding, this might include wardrobe tips, props suggestions, content planning, and hair and make up scheduling recommendations. For portraits or family sessions, I'll send a quick checklist so you feel confident and prepared.
